Patient is a 35 year old female who had two children and her procedure was placement of 375 cc silicone breast implants. The breasts are fuller. Natural asymmetry from left to right is noted before and after resulting in a natural appearance that disappears in clothing.

Patient is a 32 year old female who had two children and her procedure was placement of 300 cc silicone breast implants. Volume is substantially improved as well as natural asymmetries. Full breast appearance is achieved and enhanced in clothing.

Patient is a 30 year old female without children who underwent 275 cc silicone breast implants. Breasts are full and very close in symmetry which is enhanced in clothing.

Brest Reduction
Patient is a 31 year old female who has upper back and shoulder pain secondary to large breasts. The breasts were reduced 250 grams each side and lifted into their more natural position. Maturation and softening of scars is noted in addition to good symmetry.

Patient is 18 years old with severe back pain secondary to large breasts. 500 grams were removed from each side and the nipple areolar complexes placed into their proper anatomic location. At two months postoperative, the scars are maturing and softening. Close symmetry in shape and size is noted.

Patient is a 21 year old female who started breast development at age 11 with back and shoulder pain. 425 grams were removed from each breast. Noted is scar color which will fade with scar massage and silicone strips. Nipple areolar complexes are in good position and symmetrical.
